1.-Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions the following definitions apply:

Consideration time: the period during which the consumer can execute the right of withdrawal.

Consumer: natural person who does not act on behalf of a company or profession and who enters into a distance contract with the employer.

Day: calendar day.

Successive tract contract: a distance contract related to a series of products and services of which the delivery and purchase obligation are spread over a period of time.

Durable medium: any instrument that allows the recipient or the entrepreneur to store the information addressed personally to them in an accessible way for future reference for a period of time appropriate to the purpose of the information and that allows the unchanged reproduction of the stored information.

Right of withdrawal: the possibility for the consumer to terminate the distance contract within the consideration time.

Entrepreneur: the natural or legal person who offers products at a distance to consumers.

Distance contract: an agreement based on an organized system of distance sales of products and services, including the conclusion of a contract using one or more distance communication techniques.

Technology for distance communication: a means that can be used to close a contract without the consumer and the entrepreneur meeting in the same place and at the same time.

2.-Application

These General Terms and Conditions apply to any offer of the entrepreneur and to any distance contract concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer.

Before concluding a distance contract, the entrepreneur will make the text of these General Terms and Conditions available to the consumer. If this is not reasonably possible before the distance contract is concluded, it will be indicated that the General Terms and Conditions can be consulted through the entrepreneur, and that, at the request of the consumer, they will be sent without additional costs and as soon as possible, if so requested.

If the distance contract is concluded electronically, regardless of the previous article and before the distance contract is concluded, the text of the General Terms and Conditions can also be supplied electronically to the consumer in such a way that the consumer can easily store it on a medium long lasting. If this is not reasonably possible, it will be specified where the General Terms and Conditions can be viewed electronically and that they will be sent at the consumer's request, either by electronic or other means, free of charge.

In the event that in addition to the present general Terms and conditions, specific product or service conditions apply, the second and third articles will apply accordingly, and in the event of contradictory terms and conditions, the consumer may always appeal the term or condition. applicable that is more favorable to you.

3.-Offer

If an offer is of limited validity or if other conditions apply, it will be clearly mentioned in the offer. Whether the right of withdrawal will apply

The method of payment, delivery and execution of the contract

The period for acceptance of the offer or the period within which the entrepreneur guarantees the price

The level of the fee for distance communication if the cost of using the technology for distance communication is calculated in a field other than the normal price for communication

If the contract after its conclusion is archived, and if so, how the consumer can consult it

The way in which the consumer, before concluding the contract, can check and, if necessary, restore the information provided by himself under the contract

Any other language, including Dutch, for the contract

The codes of conduct to which the entrepreneur is subject and the way in which the consumer can electronically consult the codes of conduct; Y
